Why do you have two different pricing structures?

We used to have one per-hour price for all of our services, but we realized that some of our clients really only needed small tweaks to their site vs. complicated coding. Creating two pricing “buckets” simplified our price offering and made it easier to give quotes based on time and job complexity.

Do I really have access to all services at those rates?

Yep, we really do give you access to any of the services listed above.

Why is there a 2-hour minimum on your service packages?

When working on a store for the first time, it generally takes some time to get acquainted with your theme and settings. Before we do any work on your store, we get your credentials and then do a backup before we touch anything.

How long do I have to use my hours?

All hourly packages expire in 90 days.

What if I don’t use my hours within 90 days? Do the hours roll over?

We will give you a time estimate on your job to help you decide which service package best fits your needs. While unused time does not roll over, you can use extra time for additional small tasks.

What if I need something major done?

Contact us and we'll determine what service level is best for you.

What if I have more than one Volusion store?

It is our intention that our service packages be used on a per-store basis. However, if you have multiple Volusion stores, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you.

Where are you located?

Inkblot Digital is based in Southern California, about 20 minutes south of Disneyland. We are native English speakers but also have fluency in Spanish.
